Notice to Prospective Students: Discontinuation of Partnership with Adventure Flight Education P Ltd

Cretan Eagle Aviation (CEA) hereby informs prospective cadet pilots, training candidates, and aviation partners that its collaboration agreement and exclusive representation contract with Adventure Flight Education P Ltd (operating as Aeromitra Aviation, Registration No. U74120UP2014PTC066514, New Delhi, India) was formally terminated, effective June 22, 2026.

Following this termination:

• Revocation of Exclusive Representation: Adventure Flight Education P Ltd (Aeromitra Aviation) is no longer an authorized or exclusive representative, agency, or recruiter for CEA in India or any other territory.

• No Authority to Recruit or Transact: Adventure Flight Education P Ltd (Aeromitra Aviation) holds no authority to promote CEA flight training programs, conduct student intake, issue admission or visa support letters, negotiate agreements, or collect tuition fees, deposits, or payments on behalf of CEA.

• Disclaimer of Liability: CEA assumes no legal, financial, or operational liability for any agreements, transactions, commitments, or representations entered into with Adventure Flight Education P Ltd or Aeromitra Aviation on or after June 22, 2026.
